This is another detox regiman I do on occasion. It removes toxins from your body and according to the color and substance of the water your able to tell what it's cleaning. My water has never been darker then light yellow but once it had red flakes which can mean you have blood clots and another time it had small black flakes which can means its cleaning heavy metals.
